Maternix® G is a food supplement that accompanies pregnant women throughout their pregnancy thanks to its skilfully selected ingredients:

  • Vitamin B9 contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
  • Minerals (Iron, Zinc) and Vitamins (B9, B12, D) play a role in the cell division process and Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis.
  • Iron and Vitamins (B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C) help reduce fatigue.

Omega 3 (DHA) contributes to the normal functioning of the brain ; the beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 250 mg of DHA.


Vitamin B5 contributes to normal intellectual performance. Iodine and vitamins (B1, B2, B3, C) contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and minerals (Zinc, Iron, Iodine) contribute to normal cognitive function.

From which fish does the oil in Maternix G come?

The fish from which the oil in the formula is derived are: Sardine, anchovy, mackerel and tuna.

Is the gelatin in the capsules of bovine origin?

No, the tunic of the capsules comes from fish, tilapia and catfish

Why is there no calcium in the product?

Calcium is not a micronutrient: the recommended doses are 1 to 2g. Since the capsule is 800 mg, it is impossible except to put lower doses that are not useful.

Is it wise to stop taking Omega 3 in the last month before giving birth so as not to risk haemorrhaging during childbirth?

No link between the problems of hemorrhage and Maternix G. The product is designed for the needs of the woman.
