Customer advice contact

Sometimes deliveries are a little late. Our delivery times are indicated in working days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) and are counted from the date of dispatch of the package. You can find the details and status of the delivery at any time using the tracking link you received by email. If your package is more than 3 working days late, contact our customer service to find the best solution.
If you are absent when your package is delivered, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox allowing you to collect your order at the post office indicated on the delivery notice. You can choose point delivery relay from your customer area so you don't have to collect your package at the post office and pick it up whenever you want.
Sometimes a package is declared delivered on the La Poste website before you have received it. In this case, wait 2 to 3 working days after the announcement of the delivery: the postmen sometimes scan certain parcels at the start of the day, and do not have time to deposit everything in the mailboxes;
Check with your neighbors or caretaker if no one has picked up the package for you.
If after these checks you still have not found your package, write to us at email@example.com: we will send it to a relay point so that you can take advantage of your order.
