DHA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid from the Omega 3 family. It is found in fish oils from cold seas. It contributes to the maintenance of normal vision ; the beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 250 mg of DHA.

Lutein and Zeaxanthin are natural pigments , not synthesized by the body.

Vitamins C, E and Zinc help protect cells against oxidative stress.
